Transparent Data Usage

Gmail Access: We request read-only access to Gmail exclusively to retrieve audio and video file attachments that you want to transcribe. We cannot modify, delete, or send emails on your behalf.

Google Drive Access: We request read-only access to Google Drive to allow you to import audio and video files stored in your Drive for transcription. We cannot modify, delete, or upload files to your Drive.

How Your Data is Handled:

• Access tokens are stored exclusively on your device, not on our servers
• Media files are temporarily uploaded to our servers only for transcription processing
• All uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers after 3 days
• Completed transcriptions are sent back to your device and stored locally only
• We do not save, store, or analyze the content of your files or transcriptions on our servers
• You can revoke access to Gmail and Google Drive at any time through the app

What We Do NOT Do:

• We do NOT read your emails or their content
• We do NOT access files you haven't explicitly selected
• We do NOT share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do NOT store your transcriptions on our servers
